Functional Areas:
Ensure adhere to the hotels edit policy
The welfare and responsibility for all administration staff are within the Administration Manager’s authority.

Ensuring that all banking requirements are completed and balanced to takings on a daily basis
Administration:
The management of the pronto purchasing, inventory and payroll functions is operated as per CSH/STC requirements and that the hotels extract the function
Daily accounting and reporting on all the control systems within the Hotel
Conducting regular audits of the Hotel systems and controls to comply with CSH/STC and Price Water house Coopers (the auditor’s) requirements
All aspects of expenditure will be monitored to ensure that correct occur. Cost reduction measures will be expired.
Ensure that batches sent to CSH head office are current and accurate and that any requirements for inventory or stock control are completed.
The total management of all aspects of debtors including collection and follow up of accounts with a special emphasis on guest accounts in LTI
Prior review and approval of all guest and conference payment arrangements must be conducted daily.
Operations:
Review daily debtors on daily for correct postings of charges and take corrective action where necessary
Response to and resolve account queries in conjunction with accounts receivable
Aged Trial Balance of Accounts Receivable
Financial:
Ensure proper administration procedures for all controls that will provide management with daily reports
These must be balanced with CSH end of month financials
Business Development/Innovation:
Coordinate with all selected client for feedback to improve
Implements corporate policy for continuous improvements
Communication/Build Relationships:
Regularly communicates with staff through weekly and monthly meetings to maintain consistent performance and advocate operational performance
Establish good communication and good will with informal leaders and relevant members of local community
Prepare management reports for month end analysis and provide documentation for credit meeting
Review provision, write-offs and other adjustments immediately prior to month end
Conduct monthly credit meeting with relevant Gateway team highlighting monthly performance, bad debts, and staff accounts, outstanding and discuss any
Leadership/People Development:
Perform leadership training for all employees
Assists in planning/recruitment for future staffing needs within company guidelines
Provide input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guidelines
Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance
Approves leave after considering hotel occupancies
Compliance:
Relevant compliance obligations and legislative
